Terms & Service
The right to the artwork belongs to me, the artist, and not the buyer. Therefore I have the right to use it to promote myself, my commissions, showcase it in my portfolio, etc.
The buyer may use the commission for personal use such as using it as using it to make edits, use it as a profile/banner online, post it to any social media, use it to promote themselves, print the arwork, as long as it´s not used for commersial use, use the artwork on their youtube channels and in monetized videos as long as the artwork is not the main subject for the earning.
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
Using the artwork for commercial use
Claming the artwork as their own
Using the artwork to train AI
The buyer may purchase the right to the arwork from me at any time.
